Most people separate 'parkour with tricks' into free running (the original French traceurs may not agree with this segregation, but there's no denying that it has happened for the parkour masses). The specific discipline of parkour has no need for 'tricks' as its mainly about efficiency of movement so it sometimes seems silly to lump them together.
The guy in Casino Royale is an amazing traceur and was one of the people who started parkour. However, I'd say his skills mainly lie there with the specific art of parkour. In terms of acrobatic skill and 'free running' though, I'd say teams like Speeders and 3run have pushed the envelope much further than what the originals like Belle, Foucan or even the Yamakasi had originally showed us.
Although yes..the older guys can do much larger movements than the newcomers and in terms of actual parkour, at least by reputation, have yet to be surpassed.
