Tsubasa v16c123 credits page

In Tsubasa v16c123 we got the name of the editor on the credits page wrong, get the corrected version HERE. Please update your chapters. Some changes have also been made to the credit page, as an alarming number of people who read our release are not aware that we have a site or an IRC channel (Heartbreak!)
