Title: Tsubasa v16c123 credits page

In Tsubasa v16c123 we got the name of the editor on the credits page wrong, get the corrected version HERE (http://bwys.forgottenrain.net/tsubasa16_c123_00.png). Please update your chapters. Some changes have also been made to the credit page, as an alarming number of people who read our release are not aware that we have a site or an IRC channel (Heartbreak!)
