As you can see here : List of Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle chapters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Tsubasa:_Reservoir_Chronicle_chapters), the volume 20 ends with chapter 156.
Any reason you ended it at chapter 158 ?

We are following the same chapters as the Japanese tankoubon releases. Either the information on Wikipedia is incorrect, or Del Rey has decided to release with different chapter numbers per book for whatever reason.
