HOW TO JOIN US ON IRC

Once you've downloaded and installed an IRC client (i.e. www.mirc.com (http://www.mirc.com)) type

/server irc.irchighway.net

and then

/join #bwys

now you are in our channel (a channel is basically a chat room). To the right you can see a list of names, these are all the people in the channel. People with %, @, or ! are staff members.


HOW TO DOWNLOAD

We have a bot packlist at http://bwys.ms-gundam.net/[BWYS]Kurorin.txt (http://bwys.ms-gundam.net/%5BBWYS%5DKurorin.txt) (also linked on the main bwys.org (http://www.bwys.org) page)

On that page is a long list of items you can download on IRC. On the far left of the list is a #NUMBER corresponding to an item on the list. To download, type

/msg [BWYS]Kurorin xdcc send #NUMBER

replacing the #NUMBER with the corresponding digit from the list.

For example if I want to download volume 1 chapter 3 of 3gatsu no lion, I would type /msg [BWYS]Kurorin xdcc send #3

For the time being Mibbit is banned from our channel on IRC due to recent ban evasions using Mibbit.

Ban will be lifted when we feel that said ban evaders are unlikely to repeat the offense.
