Title: Visual Novels

Now I'm a picky person about these. They must be English (no machine translations, fan translations are fine with me) and they can't revolve around secks. If they have sex in them I'm fine with that. But if sex is essentially the point of the game (the X-Change series fits in this for me) I will refuse to play it.
I love visual novels!

Here's my list of played visual novels:
X-Change (very first Visual Novel. I had NO clue what the hell was going on. I didn't even know multiple endings existed.)

I'd have to say I enjoyed Utawarerumono a lot. I really enjoy visual novel games that you can actually play as a game, and the gameplay in this one really takes a lot of strats. Did you ever watch the anime pedo?

I prefer to play the Visual Novel versions first, then try out the manga/anime.
Unfortunately most visual novels I encounter are not translated. Once I actually play the visual novel version of Utawarerumono, I'll check out the other mediums.
