Well, it's not exactly a correct saying. Fay's mother isn't even her dimensional twin, she's just a look-alike. Fay modeled the Chii he created (which is the dimensional twin of Chii from Chobits) after his mother, so it's also possible the he made slight alterations when he created her.

Taking much longer to come out than I would have liked are more Valeria flashbacks. Fay's family is almost as much trouble as Yuuko and Clow are when they open their mouths-- the difficulty here came from CLAMP's use of Emperor, first prince and second prince. We've worked out that the Emperor and the first prince are the same person, and the second prince is the father of the twins.

Hm, if Chii is Fay's mother... suicide is quite out of character, in my opinion.
